So…
Here we are a few years later. 2 weeks and 2 years later, to be nearly exact. I am not really an 'exact' kind of person though, so this will have to do.
I have been working out for, well, exactly one week today. Thank goodness I actually got up this AM and decided to work out or I would have been, Officially NOT on the workout train, effective today.
My goal, right now, is baby steps. I am jogging:
Monday
Wednesday
Friday
Lifting weights on:
Tuesday and Thursday.
Hm, i screwed that up today. Today I lifted weights, played at the arcade with the kids and started up on this blog again.
